All About Style: This site has clothes for sims of all ages and genders.
Anna Maria Sims 2: This site has mainly clothes and accessories for adult sims. Everything on this site is amazing!
Around The Sims 2: This site has a little bit of everything. Well, maybe a lot of everything. It has things for your sims, such as clothes and genetics, but it also has stuff for their houses.
Aungsumarlin: This site has a lot of makeup and clothes for your female sims.
Avalon: Currently Not Working

Bines Sims Revue: A lot of build/buy mode items.
Bipsouille Sims: This site has a lot of unique things for your sims to wear.
Blacky's Sims Zoo: This site has thousands of things for you to download, from clothes to decor.
Blood4Sims: This site has gothic furniture.
Bun's Blr: There's a lot of clothes here, as well as some furniture. The owner of the site takes game sims and changes them, which you can also find there.
Butterfly Sims: A very popular site with amazing hair meshes.

Carmen's Toddlers: This site is mainly for your toddlers-teens, but it also has a few outfits for your adults to wear.
CatLily's Sims: This site has a little bit of everything.
Catrins The Sims 2: This site is in Swedish, but it has some pretty good downloads.
Chase Your Dreams Away: This has a few hair retextures that I love. It also has 2 sims to download.
Cool Sims: This is 1 of my favorite sites to download hair! There's a lot of hair downloads (mostly for girls but some boy ones too) here, and are all good quality.
Club Crimsyn (Files): Club Crimson is closed, but the files can be found here.
CottonKandy101: Hacked kids clothes.
Curvalicious Sims 2: This site is closed but has a lot of good downloads for girls.

Dark Angel Sims: A lot of emo/scene sims, makeup, clothes, and hair.
Doll Factory 3: This site has a lot of hair retextures for hair (boys and girls) and clothes for girls.

Eden Style: This site has anything you could want for your sims! It has furniture, makeup, clothes, lots, and more. It's one of my favorite sites. 
Emilia Sims: Amazing hair retextures/fixes.

Fire Crystal Sims: High quality clothing downloads for kids and teens made by Nataliefirexx, a the creator of the popular youtube series "My Life."
Fresh Prince Creations: This site has over 200 cars to download for the sims 2!
Funnyycats: This site has a lot of themed custom content, such as superheros, wrestlers, and Dragon Ball Z.
